Terry Wieczorek Terry Wieczorek, President and CEO
Terry Wieczorek co-founded DocuLynx in 2004. Since that time, he has been integral in providing the overall present and future direction of the Company. Wieczorek plans, directs, and manages the operational, marketing, and sales activities for DocuLynx at the executive level. With over 20 years in the document management industry, Wieczorek previously served as Vice President of Sales at Information Management Research (IMR) from 2002 to 2004. He also held the position of Senior Account Executive at Anacomp from 1987 to 2002. Wieczorek holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska.
Michael Johnson Michael Johnson, CTO
Michael Johnson is responsible for the major technology and design decisions that comprise the DocuLynx Mercury Suite of products. A co-founder of DocuLynx, Johnson has over 10 years of product management experience in document management and archiving software. Johnson has designed and implemented software solutions for numerous large financial and print service organizations over the course of his career. He previously served in product management positions at Information Management Research (IMR) and Optimus Corporation. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California.
Farhad Khalafi Farhad Khalafi, Ph.D., Chief Scientist
Farhad Khalafi, co-founder of DocuLynx, is the original architect behind the design and implementation of Mercury software products and solutions. With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial software development, Khalafi holds strong theoretical and practical knowledge in a variety of technical areas and is experienced in creating innovative software solutions and providing developmental leadership. Prior to joining DocuLynx, he was co-founder of Information Management Research (IMR), where he developed the Alchemy suite of software products with more than 10,000 installations in 40 countries. Khalafi has a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of London and a Ph.D. in Quantum Physics from the University of Cambridge, UK.
Julie Squires Julie Wieczorek, Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Communications
Julie Wieczorek is responsible for the overall human resources, corporate communications, and office administration for DocuLynx. Wieczorek is responsible for recruiting and placement, compensation and benefits, and the training and development of DocuLynx employees. Additionally, Wieczorek handles all DocuLynx communications, while supervising front office activities to achieve maximum expense control and productivity. Prior to joining DocuLynx in 2004, Wieczorek held the position of Customer Service Consultant at Anacomp where she maintained the accounts for the Midwest region, providing information and support for the company's product and services. Wieczorek holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State.
John Nitti John Nitti, Vice President of Worldwide Sales
John Nitti is responsible for overseeing all sales for DocuLynx, where he manages both a direct sales team focused on print service providers and the Company's authorized Mercury software Value Added Resellers (VARs) in vertical markets. Nitti is responsible for helping to guide the strategic planning and marketing outreach for new clients, participating in key business development functions, monitoring overall sales performance for the sales team, and generating new sales opportunities. Nitti has over 25 years in software sales and technology consulting management at such high-profile companies as HP Exstream Software. Nitti holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento.
Jane Dineen Jane Dineen, Vice President of Finance
Jane Dineen is responsible for all accounting and financial management for DocuLynx, creating visibility into business performance by developing reports, budgets, and forecasts, enabling the organization to meet its objectives. Dineen has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry with First Data Corporation Teleservices Division. Dineen's primary areas of focus throughout her career have been budget forecasting, financial reporting and planning, asset management, and tax reporting. Dineen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
Jerry Smith Jerry Smith, Vice President of Operations
Jerry Smith is responsible for all DocuLynx Document Solutions operations with centers located in Baltimore, Dallas, Omaha, Phoenix, Toronto, Sacramento and San Diego. Smith joined DocuLynx as part of the acquisition of Anacomp Inc. in September 2010. Smith has over 30 years experience in the document management industry. He has an extensive IT background and has been responsible for designing and developing several key products for DocuLynx including their data transmission product used to receive over 90% of the customer's data. Recently Smith has played a key role in growing the DocuLynx scanning business from a new offering to over $4 million in less than 4 years. Smith received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.
